Method of Use:
1. Place the stretcher
Place the stretcher on the bolt and use a ratchet wrench to turn the hole of the pull rod so that the internal thread of the pull rod and the bolt thread are screwed together. At the same time, rotate the gear in the gear box to make the dial sleeve on the nut, and then move the dial sleeve to make the nut and the support surface joint. Check whether the base is placed correctly and smoothly. The support surface must be perpendicular to the bolt axis, and the base axis should be coaxial with the bolt axis.
2. Connection
After the two-stage hydraulic bolt stretcher is placed, the stretcher and the hydraulic pump station are connected with a high-pressure hose. One hydraulic pump station can drive multiple stretchers.
3. Stretch the bolt
According to the required tensile force, select the appropriate working pressure;
After connecting the two-stage hydraulic stretcher with the pump station, lock the unloading handle on the pump station, operate the pressure rod up and down, the pump station starts to press up, the tension rod of the stretcher starts to rise, and the bolt is stretched. During operation, pay attention to the pressure gauge pointer, stop operating the pressure rod when the pressure gauge pointer points to the required pressure, and the pressure is finished.
Use a ratchet wrench to rotate the gear in the gear box to drive the turning sleeve and nut to rotate. Observe whether the nut and the support surface are joint through the observation hole. After joint, you can loosen the unloading handle, and the bolts have reached the predetermined pre-tightening effect;
In the process of stretching, attention should also be paid to the movement of the pull rod. If the pressure of the pump station does not reach the required pressure, the pull rod has reached the maximum stroke (see the red warning line), immediately stop the upward pressure, rotate the gear in the gear box with a ratchet wrench to drive the turning sleeve and nut to rotate, loosen the unloading handle on the pump station after the nut is welded with the support surface, and then use a ratchet wrench to dial the hole of the pull rod. Screw the pull rod down, tighten the unloading handle, and repeat the above steps until the pump station pressure reaches the required pressure;
4. Remove the stretcher
When the bolts meet the pre-tightening requirements, loosen the unloading handle on the pump station, that is, remove the stretcher
Warning: It is strictly prohibited to work beyond the warning line and overpressure
Tip: No uppressure is allowed at the pump station until the stretcher is connected to the pre-tightening bolt
Four, precautions
1. When stretching, the lift of the stretcher must be less than the stroke of the stretcher, otherwise it will affect the use of the stretcher and get virtual
False tensile force value, even damage the stretcher. Be sure to pay attention to the red warning line must immediately stop the pressure;
2. The screw length of tie rod and bolt shall be greater than bolt diameter;
3. When pre-tightening and disassembling nuts, the working pressure of the system is strictly prohibited to exceed 150MPa;
4, the high pressure hose should be in a free state, shall not bend into a diameter of less than 500mm circle.
5. When empty hitting the stretcher (that is, before the stretcher is connected with the bolts to be pre-tightened), the pump station is strictly prohibited from pressing up.
V. Maintenance and maintenance
1. All parts of the stretcher should be kept clean, and there should be no dirt or dust around the oil pump, oil cylinder and hose.
2. The working fluid is L-HM32 or L-HM46 hydraulic oil. It is strictly prohibited to use alcohol, water, glycerin, brake oil and ordinary engine oil as working fluid.
3, the working liquid should be replaced once a year, must be cleaned with 120-200 mesh filter.
4, when not in use, the dial rod and gear to avoid damage, and should be stored in a dry, appropriate temperature indoor.
5. The high-pressure oil pipe shall be properly kept and shall not be eroded by corrosive gas and liquid. Hose due to long-term use and storage, are easy to aging, should be regularly checked and replaced. The hose should be subjected to a pressure test every year.
6. When replacing the cylinder seal, the seal must be installed in the sealing groove, otherwise the pressure cannot be established.Precautions:
